Erin Pender was born and raised on Florida's Emerald Coast and has been living in the 30A area for almost 10 years. Erin graduated from the University of West Florida in 2008 with her BA in Communication Arts and Public Relations.
After spending many years in marketing and restaurant management she decided to enter the vacation rental business in 2014 as the rental director for Garrett Realty Services, Inc. who has serviced this area for 33 years and has recently merged with Benchmark Management. Erin pursued her real estate sales interest and became an agent selling along 30A since 2015.
