For 29 years, Jon Miller, Owner of Go To The Beach Real Estate has crafted the art of buying and selling 30A luxury/income producing properties.

Over the years Jon and his wife have owned and managed multiple vacation/rental income properties.  In 2017 Jon and one of his past real estate customers started buying rental companies.  They built the business to a point of managing over 400 income/rental properties.  An investment group came 5 years later and bought the company. Several of the GoToTheBeach agents have years of rental management experience as well. Making for a great result for you.
