For New Agents

Once you receive an email with your log in information to the backend, please log in. From here, you can click the three horizontal lines at the top right corner (hamburger menu) and click on the fire icon that says "CRM." Justus will have sent you a test "lead" to see if you're receiving them. Respond to her to confirm receipt. 

Leads come in based on people filling out inquiry forms or requests, particularly through your sub-domain. A great way to market yourself is by sending out your sub-domain address to leads. They follow the pattern of: NAME.gotothebeach.com. You can also have a friend/family member go to your website and fill out a form submission to test out the functionality as well. This is one method of how you will build your database.

Important Note: Leads will "wait" on you to respond for only 12 hours before they will auto-rotate to the next agent. Check your CRM every 12 hours at a minimum to ensure you are not missing any potential leads. 

There is an REW app! If you download it on your phone, it'll make incorporating routine checks easier for you throughout the day. In the app store, it'll show as "REW Leads" with a white heart and a red background.
