A graduate ofthe University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Karen has lived in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. She worked for IBM, Daystar Digital and other computer companies before working with her husband, who was a Dentist in Georgia.
Karen and her husband began visiting Destin and Seagrove Beach in 1999 and fell in love with the area. When her husband decided to retire and said they could move anywhere they wanted, they chose Seagrove Beach and have never looked back. Previously, they had purchased rental properties in the area. They so we decided to manage and rent their own properties as Pearly White Properties, which eventually grew into a business managing 8 beach homes.
Karen and her husband have 2 daughters and have recently downsized to just 2 rental properties. But they continue to look for great real estate deals and still love living at the beach!
