Please read the instructions below before following the linked file at the bottom of this page. The linked file at the bottom of this page will take you to the Google Doc that has the email signature template. This is where you will be able to copy the template. When you are finished, your email signature should follow the format of the Sample Email Signature below.

Sample Email Signature

To add your signature to your Gmail account:

1) Within the Google Doc, copy the template and paste at the bottom of the document to make edits. Change your name, title, email, phone number, and subdomain to your information. It's important that you edit from this doc, because the copy+paste will work. If you copy the template into your email signatures and try to edit from there, the formatting will be off.

2) Head to your email and click the gear icon in the top right corner.

3) Scroll down until you see “Signature”. You might need to click on “See All Settings” if only “Quick Settings” comes up first.

4) Once you are there, just copy and paste the contents of your signature into the space given, click save, and you’re done.  Under this section you’ll also be able to see how it defaults on being added and you can make adjustments as needed. Additionally, change your settings to allow the signature to populate for your new emails and replies.

5) Send a test email to stephanie@gotothebeach.com and copy justus@gotothebeach.com so we can see if everything is formatting correctly before you begin reaching out to customers.

**Helpful Tip: If you want to switch out the links to your own social profiles or edit the hyperlink to your own personal website, click on the appropriate icon (or highlight the website) and then click on the “Edit Link” pencil icon. Paste in the link to the appropriate page.

Once on the link below, copy and paste the Base Signature. You will need to adjust the hyperlink to your own subdomain. The social handles will need to be relinked to your personal profiles. Please do not adjust the base file on the link below.
